Proposed Federalization of Trade Secret Law

In a sparsely cited 1995 essay from the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology, former Assistant U.S. Attorney Christopher Rebel J. Pace argues for a federalization of trade secrets law. His primary arguments are two-fold: (a) the legal benefits deriving from uniformity in application of the law; and (b) assistance in the negotiation and regulation of international trade.
